Community Service Hours by helping with David’s Way Run
on June 8th
David’s Way Run honors the memory of David Aldrich, a first grader at WES who tragically lost his life due to injuries suffered in a car accident in Bath, NH. A portion of the proceeds from this event will help support the H.A.R.P. summer scholarship for children. Another portion of the proceeds will go to WES to help fund a new playground along with a small memorial for David Aldrich.

Walmart in Woodsville, NH will be visiting Woodsville High School on June 4th, during Roundhouse (2:30-3:00) in the Library. Any students who are interested may report to the library after checking in with their Roundhouse teacher. Please see Mrs. Farr if you have any questions.

Introduction to College & Careers

CCV offers a ~FREE Introduction to College & Careers (ICC) course for high school students each semester. ICC prepares you for college by helping you explore career pathways, set goals, plan financially, manage time and stress, improve communication skills and develop stronger study skills. It’s also a great opportunity to experience a college setting and feel more confident taking college courses in high school and beyond.

WHS’ Annual Seniors vs Faculty Softball game

June 10th @ 5 pm at the Woodsville Elementary School

 

Final Four Bound!!! Both Engineer teams won today over Littleton to advance in the tournament. The Lady Engineers won 10-5, while the Boys’ won 3-1. Date and times for the semi-finals are TBA. 🚂🚂🚂
