WHS Alumni Spotlight – Noel Fraser

Hi, I’m Noel Fraser I  graduated from the Woodsville High School Class of 2016. I have been working and hanging out with friends and family and almost started my own family but sadly, that was not meant to be yet. I’ve been moving around a lot and taking trips. I am trying to enjoy life! I am also trying to go back to school for cosmetology.
