Safe & UnSafe in the Science Lab!

Students broke up into groups and selected lab safety rules that they feel they could demonstrate safely. They put a small description on a white board and posed in the activity that they felt best demonstrated that lab safety rule. They then pick a different rule that they felt they could demonstrate unsafely to show what not to do. You should see dangerous and safe acts and correctly identifying that what they are doing is a safe or unsafe practice that should be done in a lab. I use this as a way to have students prove to me they should and should not do in a science lab.
