The NH Department of Health and Human Services has issued new guidance for schools on Covid related isolation and quarantine protocols.

Essentially, the number of days has been reduced from 10 to 5 if an individual has tested positive for COVID and has no fever for 24 hours and symptoms have improved. Families will use their judgment on this and are able to still isolate/quarantine 10 days if your child isn’t feeling better in 5 days. Some local physicians are recommending a negative test before returning to work or school as well. Your school nurses are wonderful resources for covid related questions.
